Our Family

Well I have decided to start a blog about our family and other random thoughts, etc. This way other people can keep up with our daily life and I get the enjoyment of writing.
Well lets start off with Jason- Jason is finishing up his last week as a free-lancer and is getting ready to start his new job! I am so excited that he finally has a job. It will be nice to finally have health insurance again, although the Lord has been faithful in keeping us and the kids healthy for the duration that Jason was out of work. It was a complete faith building experience, for both of us. He is happy with the new job, his official title is "Senior Programmer" which is a nice step up. It's taken him less then 5 years to achieve this title!
Now moving onto our first born, Xander . He is a busy little man who keeps mommy on her toes, always into something. His imagination is a wonderful thing to watch develop, he is consistently thinking of new ways to make mommy come running. His favorite color is orange ,he loves taking baths, and being outside. Coloring too, my kitchen floor is proof of that. His current favorite animal is a horse and he has some how convinced himself that his Nonna is going to buy him a big one from the store. He is truly is my sunshine boy! Just ask him and he'll tell you so! He will be 2 in December how time flies!
Now onto my littlest one, Lailah, she is my chunky monkey princess whom I love soo much, her smile just lights up my day, she can be a little demanding at times (what female can't?) but for the most part she is a laid back happy girl who is content to watch her brother. She loves Xander so much and is always so happy when he pays attention to her. She is definitely a daddy's girl and already and has her daddy wrapped around her chubby little finger. She is a cuddlebug too a little on the chunky side so not much in the way of crawling going on yet, but she does babble. And of course her first words were dadadada, surprisingly enough though she has yet to say them around Jason, even though he tries and tries to get her to say them. She will be 7 months soon and still bald. Oh well, at least there are plenty of cute hats out there!
I stay busy with my babies and keeping my hubby happy, I am learning every day new things that need to be changed and keep trying to better myself for my family. I am thank God every day for the little family he has given me, because I think they are just perfect!
